We declare that MOULDING MASTERS of CALIFORNIA has been independently rated Highest in Quality, passed all of the rating and certification steps, and has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Certified award.

In order to earn and maintain this certification the following rating and certification steps must be passed on an ongoing basis.

1. Companies must apply to be certified
2. A random sample of typically 400 past customers is pulled from all customer files of the applicant company
3. A telephone survey captures the customer satisfaction score based on quality.
4. The quality score is tabulated. To qualify it must score a very high 88 on a 100 scale. (Moulding Masters of California Customer Satisfaction Survey composite score: 97.74)
5. The applicant company's credentials are independently rated (license, insurance, complaint status and credit for contractors).
6. Are the company's practices "customer friendly"? It must stand behind its performance.
7. The company agrees to adhere to the Diamond Certified Customer Satisfaction Principles.
8. If quality rating, credential rating and practices qualify, the company is awarded Diamond Certified.
9. Customer satisfaction ratings are completed on an ongoing basis.
10. If ever necessary, the company participates in Diamond Certified Mediation.
11. If ever necessary, the Diamond Certified Limited Guarantee provides added assurance.
12. The company participates in the elite Diamond Certified Quality Satisfaction Program.
